Cocktails and Hors d’Oeuvres

This class will focus on our specialty cocktails that we serve at the Inn, accompanied by some of our most popular Hors d’Oeuvres that we serve alongside them during happy hour. Cocktails will include our Raspberry Mojito, Moscow Mule, and Cranberry-Limoncello Martini. Hors d’Oeuvres will include our Cajun Beef Crostini with Smoked Tomato Confit, Smoked Salmon and Avocado Pinwheel Toasts, and Flash-Fried Nori and Tuna Rolls.
