We will prepare four dishes: Roasted Yellow Pepper Bruschetta with Fresh MozzarellaBeets in Romesco Sauce, Tunisian Grilled Cod with a Roasted Shallot Compound Butter and Herbed Tabbouleh, and for dessert, Frittelle di Riso – Arborio Rice Fritters.
