Cuisine for the Hands

In this 2 hour class we will prepare four recipes that are best eaten directly out of your hands…no flatware allowed. We will start with “Peking-Style” duck, served in Scallion Pancakes with a Hoisin Duck Sauce. Next, we will make a Thai-Beef Salad served in Bibb Lettuce Wraps, followed by Maine Lobster filled Polenta Cups with a Spicy-Lemon Aioli. Lastly, we will make some of Chef Michael’s Black Pepper Almonds.
