Stay away from this class if you have nut allergies. Every dish is based around a different nut. We will start off with one of Chef Michael’s favorites: Baked Brie with Hazelnuts and Frangelico (and a hint of Cumin!). Next, we will crust some pork medallions with Pistachios and serve them with Roasted Apples. Dessert will feature Almonds with an Amaretto Zabaglione with Berries and Almond Macaroons, and we will finish with some amazing Flourless Nut and Chocolate Chunk Cookies.
