Join Chef Michael in his kitchen at the Hartstone Inn. This class will focus on our specialty cocktails that we serve at the Hartstone Inn, accompanied by some of our most popular hors d’ oeuvres. Cocktails will include our Raspberry Mojito, Moscow Mule, and Cranberry-Limoncello Martini. Hors d’Oeuvres will include our Cajun Beef Crostini with Smoked Tomato Confit, Smoked Salmon and Avocado Pinwheel Toasts, and Flash-Fried Nori and Tuna Rolls.
