Event date/time:  Saturday, May 24th & Sunday, May 25th, 2014 from 1-3pm

Learn how to make pasta so you can make it at home in your own kitchen. Techniques include making the dough, coloring and flavoring different pastas, rolling out and cutting various shapes of pasta, filling pastas such as raviolis and tortellini, and cooking pasta. Specific dishes include: Spinach Fettuccine Puttanesca with Shrimp, Farfalle with fresh Tomato, Basil and Roasted Garlic, Green Pea Ravioli with Lemon and Olive Oil and Potato Gnocchi with Lobster and Asparagus.  Class is offered Saturday, May 24th and again Sunday, May 25th from 1-3 pm. Harbor Arts and Books has possibly the most beautiful location for an art fair on the East Coast. The fair takes place in Camden’s historic Harbor Park and Amphitheatre, and on the street that passes through the park, at the head of Camden Harbor. 60 to 90 exhibitors display their work.

This juried show is a dynamic focal point of creative expression — perfect for artists to show their wares, to connect with other creative folks, and to pair art enthusiasts with beautiful creations.
