Learn the proper methods for small to large rolls along with the correct knife techniques. Instructor Chris Wolf has been a sushi chef for 25 years. He has owned his own Japanese restaurants and mentored under three sushi masters in his career. Well versed in the art of sushi making, Wolf will show you the basics to build on. A resident of Camden, Maine he has treated the mid-coast to tempting dishes for a long time.
