A trip to Maine should be planned around eating as much lobster as possible. This class will help you achieve that goal! Chef Michael will share his techniques for cooking and “breaking down” lobsters, and guide you through four very diverse preparations: Lobster Bisque, Maine Lobster and Vegetable Timbale, Crispy Lobster and Asparagus Spring Rolls with a Wasabi Butter and Red Curry of Maine Lobster with Shrimp and Pineapple.
