Maine offers a bounty of fresh seafood, and we take advantage of that here at the Inn. Recipes for this class include: Maine Lobster Bisque, Stilton Cheese and Maine Shrimp Tartlet with Toasted Pine Nuts and Bosc Pears, Haddock “Oscar” with Maine Crab Meat, and Seared Maine Diver Scallops with Caribbean Smoked Salmon and Sweet Potatoes.
