Class details:

If you can’t join Chef Michael in Italy for one of his Culinary Adventures, then come to Camden and experience some of his favorite Sicilian specialties. We’ll begin with Fried Caciocavallo Cheese with Oregano and Tomato Jam followed by Creamy Mussel Soup with Fava Beans. Next, we’ll stuff Eggplant with Sicilian-Spiced Sausage and finish things off with a Pistachio Cannolis.
