In this class, Chef Michael will share some of his favorite dishes from Spain: Jambon with Fava Beans and Salsa Brava (Spanish ham served over sautéed fava beans with a tomato sauce); Spanish Gazpacho with a Paprika Sour Cream; Sea Perch “Samfaina” in Terra Cotta (Samfaina is similar to a ratatoulle); and Churros with Hot Melted Dark Chocolate.
