Create some of Chef Michael’s favorite Thai dishes that are surprisingly simple to prepare. The menu will go something like this: Coconut Mussel Soup with Curry, Grilled Thai Beef Salad, Spicy Cucumber Salad with Roasted Peanuts, Thai Noodle Salad with Chicken and Roasted Duckling with Red Curry and Pineapple.
