Deposit and Cancellation

A credit card will be needed to guarantee reservations according to our inn policies. This includes a deposit in the amount of one-half the stay (minimum deposit is for one night). Furthermore, guests are responsible for charges on all rooms and days reserved when notice of cancellation is less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Finally, all cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee.

Smoking Policy

The Hartstone Inn is a NON-SMOKING Inn. Noncompliance with inn policies such as this will result in a $50 (minimum) cleaning fee.


Check-in time is anytime after 3pm and check out time is by 11am.  If your room is vacant and clean prior to 3pm, we will be happy to provide you with an early check in.

Group reservations consisting of seven (7) or more rooms are final and deposits are completely non-refundable.
